CBNME’s Power Hour Annual List includes the most prominent contractors, real estate developers, consultants, architects, facilities management, asset management companies and so much more that encapsulates the construction industry.
Featuring on the list for first time, Richard made it in the top 25. As part of the award judging criteria, CBNME recognised that Richard has led the business with a year-on year growth expanding to Qatar, Oman and recently to KSA. Throughout his work in the Middle East, the global business has seen diversification to new sectors, including masterplanning, lifestyle and rail.
Richard Stratton comments, “Commercially we expect to see an impact on our 2020 performance, but we believe that we will emerge a stronger and more resilient business. As a privately owned business, our metrics are not commercially focused, and we also see success in offering stability to our staff and clients.”
