Cundall has relocated their Perth office to accommodate more planned growth. The team has taken the opportunity to create an office environment that promotes health and wellbeing whilst remaining sustainable.
“We have secured a number of projects here in WA for a wide range of client types including large developers, local government and major retailers” Explains Oliver Grimaldi, Associate.
The Perth office has recently delivered landmark WA projects such as Kings Square and Westfield shopping centres. The team is still delivering leading sustainable projects which are setting new benchmarks for the built environment.
The new office boasts a number of design features that reflect Cundall’s design passions including:
- Office space selected for its availability of natural daylight and its heritage qualities
- Reused and recycled materials and furniture from previous office including two new recycled timber wall features
- Includes a wide range of plants to promote good indoor environment quality
- End of trip facilities to encourage staff to choose cycling or running for their commute; 100% of staff now either cycle or use public transport to get to work.
The office also includes new space for knowledge sharing seminars and workshops.
“We are currently planning a number of seminars for 2018 across a number of subjects so we are looking forward to welcoming those in the property industry to our offices for various knowledge sharing events,” adds Oliver.
