Cundall has appointed Kevin Hayes as Managing Partner of its London office, taking over from Steve Cook, who is moving into a financial management role overseeing Cundall’s global business whilst continuing his project involvement in London. 

We will be hosting global virtual events for World Green Building Week (WGBW) taking place from the 21-25 September 2020. WGBW is the World Green Building Council’s annual campaign that empowers us all to deliver greener buildings. This year, the theme is to #ActOnClimate by calling on the building sector, policymakers and governments to take urgent action to deliver net zero buildings.

Cundall’s Birmingham office has achieved Well Building Standard® Gold Certification from the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), making it the second in the Midlands and the first in the city centre to achieve this prestigious accreditation.

Richard Stratton, Partner and Managing Director for the Middle East, ranked number25 in the Construction Business News Middle East (CBNME) ranking of the Power Hour Annual List of the Middle East’s Top 60 most influential leaders within the construction industry. Richard has been with Cundall for the past 26 years, 13 years based in the London office and 13 years based in Dubai.

Keith Anderson, Building Services Partner in the Newcastle office has retired.
