Cundall has launched a new toolkit that makes a business case for investing in workplace design, how it can increase well-being and productivity, and ultimately, save on overall business operating costs.

This has created an environment that encourages healthy working within a healthy and enjoyable environment, bringing together all our disciplines into a single open plan area. The building itself has a wonderful internal well-lit atrium and high-quality restaurants that sets the scene for all visitors and staff alike. 

Cundall’s Birmingham office has been crowned Design Partner of the Year at Willmott Dixon’s Midlands Partner Awards 2019.

We are thrilled that the project made it to the finals for the two timber construction awards: Structural Timber Awards (Categories "Low Energy Project of the Year", "Client of the Year", "Project of the Year"), as well as Wood Awards (Category "Buildings").

Cundall has expanded their security consultancy specialism with the appointment of Leigh Harper and Luke Stevens.

Cundall’s Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide offices have been certified carbon neutral under the Australian Government’s National Carbon Offset Standard (NCOS). As part of their One Planet, One Chance sustainability roadmap, Cundall is targeting zero carbon for their global business by 2020, with the Australian offices the first to achieve this.

LandCorp’s landmark Montario Quarter development in Shenton Park has been recognised as being among the world’s leading master-planned developments in its approach to sustainability, after being recognised as a 6-Star Green Star Communities precinct.

Marcus Kan, Principal Building Services Engineer in Singapore, has attained his Accredited Tier Design (ATD) certification at Uptime Institute recently. He is the seventh Cundall engineer to receive this accreditation, and the third in Cundall Asia. We are pleased to congratulate Marcus’s achievement.

The Chinese University Hong Kong Medical Centre (CUHKMC) has been awarded finalist status in New Buildings category: Projects Under Construction and/or Design – Commercial Building at the Green Building Award 2019.
