Ulster Hospital, the major acute hospital serving Belfast and Ireland, celebrated another project milestone with the topping out ceremony on this foremost largest live healthcare project
Led by the Graham-BAM Healthcare Partnership, the Acute Services Block is part of the South-Eastern Health and Social Care Trust’s wider redevelopment plan for the Ulster Hospital, Dundonald. Cundall is currently providing building services engineering design which has included significant upgrade of site infrastructure to enable the proposed phasing. Cundall is also acting as the BREEAM assessor for the scheme which is targeting an Excellent rating.
The accommodation comprises of an emergency department, imaging and diagnostics, central catering for staff and public restaurant, wards and administration.
