The Melbourne office is excited to be celebrating its 10th year in business. It is a milestone for the office which has developed a strong team which delivers sustainable design, building services and specialist lighting design.

Victorian projects over these ten years have included:

  • Royal Children's Hospital - winner of over 30 industry awards, this project has transformed paediatric care in Victoria
  • 140W - delivering Building Performance Services (BPS) which has resulted in an energy cost saving in excess of $270,000 per annum, currently shortlisted for an AIRAH award
  • Triptych Tower - a new 29-storey residential tower with emphasis on reducing energy consumption and water usage and using low emission materials
  • The Gauge - the first building in Australia to achieve a '6 Star' As-Built rating
  • 55 St Andrews Place - an award winning upgrade of an existing building for the Victorian Government
  • Suzanne Cory High School - an exceptional learning environment for the area’s elite students, which also acted as an environmental learning resource
  • Hopkins Correctional Centre Expansion Project (HCCEP) - the major expansion of the existing facility in Aarat
