Lee French, Associate at Cundall, has been selected as one of 24 built environment professionals to take part in this year’s UK Green Building Council (UK-GBC) Future Leaders programme.
The UK-GBC programme brings together a group of early-stage professionals from across the industry, to take part in a unique programme of leadership and innovation. The programme runs over a period of 12 months and is focused around five key learning events - a two-day residential programme, three innovation labs and a final project presentation to industry leaders supporting the programme.
The course provides a forum for its selected leaders to discuss some of the most critical issues that the sector will face in the future and challenges participants to work collaboratively in order to address them. The successful participants have been drawn from across all sectors of the built environment from organisations including Sir Robert McAlpine, Gentoo and Willmott Dixon.
Lee commented “I am absolutely delighted to have been accepted on to the programme. I have only heard fantastic things about the experience and I’m really looking forward to challenging myself alongside some of the industry’s future leaders. It will be an intense nine months but I’m really excited to get started in January.”
Lee joined Cundall in 2001 and is an Associate within the Civil Engineering Team. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer (CEng MICE) and Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB).
