In the summer Cundall’s IT and audio visual team reached the 250-project milestone. This is a great achievement that has seen the team work to deliver projects in the UK and internationally.
The team has seen several major technology shifts including smart phones and app development, cloud computing and social and sharing platforms. During this period of immense change, the team has helped their clients navigate the uncertainty that comes with new technology, providing benefit-led, pragmatic and deliverable design.
The team’s work has helped many people by advising and providing IT and audio visual design to engage, collaborate and entertain.
Cundall has recently expanded our regional UK IT and audio visual offering, with the appointment of Philip Beale based in Birmingham and internationally, Cundall is delivering projects in Europe, MENA and Asia including offices, data centres, transport systems and hotels.
Chris Grundy, IT and audio visual Director commented, “The trends of thinking about people, data and property-as-a-service rather than built assets provides opportunity. Technology is no longer a barrier to how we can live and work. Buildings are borderless, people are not tethered and information can be created and accessed anywhere. It’s an exciting time!”
Andrew Parkin, Head of Specialisms and Acoustics Partner commented “Our Specialist disciplines pay a vital part to our multi-disciplinary offering and the strategic growth into multiple locations helps us serve our internal and external clients even better. We look forward to continuing to work with our global clients to meet the ever-changing opportunities that new technologies bring.”
