David Clark speaking about What really counts at Ecobuild 2014 Share this article

David Clark, Sustainability Partner and Author of ‘What Colour is Your Building?’ will be speaking at Ecobuild on the 5th March 2014 from 12.00-1.00pm in the North Arena of ExCeL in London.

He will be talking about ‘What really counts – green design ratings or measured building performance?’. EPCs and BREEAM are seen as critical benchmarks of sustainability, but building performance often fails to match up. Some building owners and tenants are wising up to this gap and recognising that proof of actual performance is more important. What does this mean for the property industry and for government energy policy?

He will be speaking amongst the industry leaders below:

• Host: Naga Munchetty, News Presenter
• Miles Keeping, Partner, Deloitte Real Estate
• Irene Gallou, Environmental Design & Research Partner, Foster + Partners
• Richard M. Francis, Principal, The Monomoy Company
