Cundall shortlisted for the Green Globe Awards Share this article

Cundall has been shortlisted for the NSW Government’s Green Globe Awards, the leading environment awards, recognising environmental excellence, leadership and innovation in NSW.

Shortlisted in the Small Business Sustainability Award, which recognises the achievements of a NSW small business that is demonstrating a commitment to environmental management for their adoption of sustainable practices into planning, operations, product and/or service delivery.

We are also delighted that one of our projects has also been shortlisted. Metcash Distribution Centre in Huntington, NSW has been included in the shortlist for the built environment category. At the time of certification, the project was the largest Green Star industrial project to be certified, is the 1st to contain a refrigerated warehouse and received an innovation recognition for the use of a steel fibre reinforced concrete slab.

"It is an honour to be shortlisted both as a business and to see one of our projects listed too" Explains Simon Wild, CEO Australia "The whole team work extremely hard reducing the environmental impact of our projects whilst reducing our impact as a business- it is great that that the judges have recognised this"

Cundall is the world’s first consultancy to be formally endorsed as a One Planet Company by sustainability charity BioRegional.
