Cundall’s security consultancy team have joined internationally recognised security professional organisation, ASIS International.
ASIS International is a global community of 35,000 security professionals representing all aspects of security and is the only global security professional organisation.
Joining ASIS represents Cundall’s commitment to best practice, with staff now having access to a global network of training, standards & guidelines. This access is key to providing development opportunities to all security staff, but particularly to female security team members via the Women in Security initiative, and to junior staff via the Young Professionals group.
Darren Wood, Director of Cundall’s Security consultancy specialism, commented “We are extremely happy to have all of our staff join ASIS International, which helps aligns with our global security consultancy offering. It is incredibly important for the team to keep up to date and employ industry best practice, working to the appropriate standards, to ensure we can provide the best possible security service to our clients.
Mike Hurst CPP, Vice Chairman of the UK Chapter and a Member of the European Advisory Council commented. “We welcome the commitment from Cundall, who clearly appreciate the benefits of being part of the ASIS global family of security professionals. The membership processes have been improved in the last few years to facilitate group memberships such as Cundall’s. We look forward to the Cundall team playing an active part in the UK Chapter and across the association.”
