We are proud to announce that Kieran Thompson has been appointed as Cundall’s Head of Talent, Diversity and Inclusion.
Kieran has been with the business since 2014, leading our resourcing team, and has already been heavily involved in setting the diversity and inclusion targets for our Sustainability Roadmap. He is a key member of our Ethics and Equity Steering Group, and his appointment to this newly-created role will allow him to focus in on the further development of the strategies, policies and processes that will help us meet these targets.

Kieran will continue to oversee talent activities for the business as a whole, and will work closely with colleagues across our resourcing, learning and development and operational human resources team to deliver a coherent human resources strategy which supports the continued development of our business around the world.
