After almost 6 years in our current office on St Paul’s Square, Cundall Birmingham is relocating to prime office space in the heart of Birmingham’s Central business district.
The 7,000 ft2 of Grade A space on located on the fourth floor of Cathedral Court, an office building located at 15 Colmore Row, adjacent to Snow Hill station. DTZ acted on behalf of the landlord, Hortons’ Estate whilst GVA represented Cundall.
The new office has been strategically chosen to position Cundall amongst other leading local businesses and key clients. The move, which will take place in May, will provide the Birmingham team with room to grow. The 10 year lease term also demonstrates our commitment to the Birmingham market despite the difficult trading conditions. We are currently involved in the office fit-out so that we can personalise the space to reflect our engineering values, as well as having additional space for meetings and in-house seminars and events.
Robert van Zyl, Partner at Cundall, commented: “This is an exciting time for Cundall; with sustained growth throughout the recession, we are now able to look forward to the next stage of our development. Colmore Row is an ideal base to help us service our clients and build relationships with new ones. We wanted an inviting atmosphere so our clients are able to drop in to see us for a chat. Having just celebrated our 10th year anniversary, Colmore Row is the perfect location to start the next 10 years.”
We will be celebrating our office move on the 15th July once the Birmingham team has settled in. Further information will follow.
