Caimin McCabe speaking at the AIRAH Pre-loved Buildings conference Share this article

Caimin McCabe will be speaking at the AIRAH Pre-loved Buildings conference which takes place on 19th -20th November 2012.  He will be looking at re-lifing Australia’s heritage & history using Princes Wharf Shed No. 1 in Hobart as a case study.

The presentation provides an overview of the original facilities and their limitations prior to its redevelopment and the highly collaborative engineering and architecture design process undertaken that has re-invigorated the Wharf Shed to become a state of the art function and events centre that complements the Hobart waterfront as a tourist and social hub.
