Taking Action on Gender Diversity

As a business, we have always been committed to doing more than just the bare minimum, whether this be in our approach to the work we do for our clients, the way we develop and nurture our people, or the way we engage with our local communities. In preparing our gender pay gap data, we were keen to go beyond mere legislative compliance. We have therefore taken this opportunity to analyse our data in detail, and to use this as the basis for a more strategic, meaningful action plan to address issues relating to gender diversity within our business and the wider industry.
