Event: What's next for Green Offices in Romania, Bucharest, 25 September 2014

On the 25th of September, Cundall celebrated World Green Building Week (WGBW) with a presentation by Alec Stewart, entitled ‘What’s next for Green Offices in Romania?’.

The presentation started with a round-up of Cundall’s WGBW events from around the globe before discussing the progress that Romania has made with green building projects. The third part of the presentation considered the requirements for future builders and the more significant factors which influence productivity, health and well-being.

The event was held at Polona 68, with more than fifty guests attending.

Representatives from all aspects of the construction industry attended including developers, architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers. Monica Ardeleanu from the Romanian Green Building Council stated ‘’It is excellent that Cundall has shown such support for World Green Building Week and provided such an interesting and relevant presentation.’’

A string quartet, Quartet Sonore, entertained the guests throughout the evening. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the guests easily formed small conversation groups around the topic, exchanging valuable insights and observations from their field of work.
