Cundall’s Planning is pleased to share with you their update to the Use Classes Order in England and Scotland. This shows the opportunities for changes between different use classes and where you will need planning permission.
This has been updated to reflect the new permitted development rights to convert offices to residential dwellings. There are certain prior approvals may be needed for these, whilst some Councils have been granted exemptions to these rules, and permission will still be needed in those areas.
