RTPI Urban Design Network Seminar and Walking Tour: The Design-Led Regeneration of Newcastle’s Ouseburn Valley – sponsored by Cundall

EWe recently hosted this event which focused on the evolution in design, planning and regeneration terms of the Lower Ouseburn Valley in Newcastle.  A tour of the Lower Ouseburn Valley concluded  the session, identifying recent and forthcoming development schemes. The session was chaired Samantha Curtis (Cundall) and included presentations from Tim Bailey (xsite) and David Roberts (igloo). The walking tour was led by Ian Cansfield (Cundall). The event was part of a national series of activities organised by the RTPI Urban Design Network in association with the RTPI NE branch who have an active programme of regional events.

Time: Refreshments will be served from 5pm, with the seminar commencing at 5.30pm. The walking tour will finish at approximately 7.45pm.
