Seminar: People Productivity in the Workplace, Hong Kong, 11 March 2019

90% of the costs of a business is associated with their staff. A 1% improvement in productivity can equate to savings of hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars. Research has shown that workplace environments significantly impact on productivity and wellbeing.

Cundall is hosting a thought leadership talk on productivity and the financial return of investment in the workplace.

Simon Wyatt, Partner, Cundall
Simon will present the innovative productivity mapping tool developed by Cundall which quantifies how indoor environmental quality (IEQ) supports occupant productivity and helps optimise it. He will demonstrate real life scenarios where it has been used to optimise architectural test fits as well as helping clients compare potential tenancies as part of the due diligence process.

Amanda Cheung, Director, Grosvenor
Grosvenor will be sharing their drivers and lessons learnt behind implementing WELL for both their Shanghai and Hong Kong offices.

Thomas Herron, Principal, Hassell
Tom is the China workplace design leader and will be sharing insights from a recent HASSELL workplace projects that are considered global and Asian benchmarks. These projects also feature in Cundall’s current white paper on health and wellbeing in South East Asia, a collaboration with HASSELL.

Jenny Yeung, Vice President, Citi
Jenny will share Citi's experience for implementing WELL for their HQ in Hong Kong, as well as lessons learnt during the process of construction and their return on investment since operation.
