New Planning Era - National Planning Policy Framework

The National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) has been published as part of the Government’s plans to reform and simplify the planning system and promote sustainable growth. This has condensed over 1000 pages of policy documents into just 47 pages, excluding annexes, and has undergone a significant revision from the draft version that was first published in July 2011.
