Caimin McCabe, Director, will be speaking at the Institute of Healthcare Engineering Forum about wellness and sustainability in the healthcare sector.
The Institute of Healthcare Engineering Associate (IHEA) is a professional organisation for engineers and facility managers employed in the health care sector. Their aim is to cultivate and maintain the highest possible standards of knowledge, skill, ethics and efficiency for those involved in the design, construction and maintenance of health care facilities.
2019’s annual IHEA forum aims to explore the big picture changes needed in Australia’s healthcare system to address climate change and environmental sustainability, as well as what can be done in individual hospitals and health services to reduce healthcare’s environmental impacts.
Caimin McCabe will present on the place of “Wellness and Environmental Sustainability in Healthcare Buildings,” drawing on Cundall’s extensive experience working on projects within the sector.
