Lee Leston-Jones, Structural Partner, will be a speaking at the RICS CPD Foundation seminar on "Effective ways to stabilise structural movement" taking place on for the following dates;

This seminar will explore the most common structural problems that can significantly damage property including: cracking, bowing and chemical reaction and defective design. Once effectively identified the defects it is vital to have an understanding of which best methods to repairing the damage whilst preserving and protecting the buildings. This seminar will enhance understanding of:

  • Diagnosing the defects
  • How to mitigate the damage before repairs are undertaken
  • The repair process
