Guest Speaker: YAPF Green Architecture, Newcastle, 4 July 2019

Kelly Kontogiorgi and Michael Florance from our Civils team will be presenting as guest speakers at the Young Architectural Practitioners Forum (YAPF) Green Architecture event taking place on 4 July 2019.

The event sets out to explore the latest innovations and ideas in sustainable design and how these can be adopted into all encompassing stages of a building’s life from conception to life-time maintenance.

The event will consist of panel presentations from various industry leaders including Kelly Kontogiorgi and Michael Florence who will be giving a presentation centred around ‘Flood Risk and SuDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems), featuring a comprehensive case study on a recently completed project. The team will illustrate their conscious methodologies and translating those into a workable design.
