Guest Speaker: Structural Appraisal and Techniques, Hereford, 19 March 2019

Tim Stidwill, Structural Partner, will be presenting at the RICS Structural Appraisal and Techniques seminar on 19 March 2019.

This seminar will provide an explanation of the various types of structural movements with an overview of their various problems and implications when surveying buildings.

Attendees will learn how to be better equipped to identify the correct causes of movement, cracking and subsidence and establish the best practise techniques of assessment and repair. The seminar will also cover the following:

•Structural appraisal: investigation, methodology and techniques
•Case studies and guidance
•Structural movement and cracking
•Subsidence and troubleshooting ground movement in properties
