This seminar will explore the most common structural problems that can significantly damage property including: cracking, bowing and chemical reaction and defective design. Once the defects have been effectively identified, it is vital to understand which methods are best to repair the damage whilst preserving and protecting the buildings. This seminar will enhance understanding of:

• Diagnosing the defects
• How to mitigate the damage before repairs are undertaken
• The repair process
