Guest Speaker: Balance for Better International Women’s Day, Newcastle, 7 March 2019

Kieran Thompson, Resourcing Manager is speaking at CENE’s Balance for Better conference on Thursday 7 March.

Constructing Excellence North East are hosting this conference in aid of International Women’s Day. Delegates will hear how they can initiate or support change in their organisations, meet other people with the same aspirations and hear from companies already working on their diversity and inclusion strategies.

Kieran will be discussing the urgent challenges faced by Cundall and the wider construction industry in attracting, retaining and developing diverse talent; what we’re doing differently to build a diverse and inclusive environment; and the business benefits of doing so.

Everyone has a part to play in creating change, so the conference is open to men and women to hear about the benefits a gender balanced workforce brings to teams and ultimately companies.
