Webinar: Delivering Net Zero Carbon - translating targets into action, 3 June 2020

Achieving net Zero Carbon by 2050 is a world challenge. This means we have to design buildings differently otherwise nothing changes. But what does different mean?

Alan Fogarty, Sustainability Partner, will review the impact this will have on building design and in particular how facades must be designed and the integration of systems.

Qian Li, Cundall Specialist in embodied carbon, will explore the choice of materials in buildings to minimise the whole life cycle carbon of the building.

Madlen Jannaschk, Cundall ESD Specialist, will summarise the choices available for offsetting residual energy after both the operational and embodied energy has been minimised.

Date:Wednesday 3 June 2020
Session one: 6am BST, 9am GST, 1pm HKT, 3pm AEST
Session two: 9am BST, 12pm GST, 4pm HKT, 6pm AEST
