Guest Speaker: BCO Rating Green Seminar, Birmingham, 22 March 2016

Cundall Sustainability Partner, Alan Fogarty, will be speaking at the British Council for Offices seminar Rating Green, taking place in Birmingham on 22 March.

Alan will be joined by Guy Battle, BCO Sustainability Group and Founder of The Sustainable Business Partnership eco-entrepreneur, and Ashley Bateson, Partner and Head of Sustainability at Hoare Lea, where they will discuss the present current best practice surrounding green rating systems, environmental assessment methods, and the key priorities and issues facing the range of development stakeholders.

Alan heads up Cundall’s sustainability group in the UK, specialising in low-energy and sustainable building design. Having trained as a building services engineer, he has gained extensive knowledge of natural ventilation design, passive design techniques and assessment of natural lighting and energy. Alan has developed specialised fields of competence in chilled ceiling systems, the application of Building Regulations (Part L) and BREEAM.
