He manages the CDM consultancy within Cundall and is responsible for undertaking principal designer services and maintaining and raising best practice on CDM throughout Cundall.
Warren completed his HNC in Civil Engineering at the University of Northumbria in Newcastle in 1998. He joined Cundall in May 2000 as a Senior Structural Technician. In 2007, he satisfied the requirements of the IStructE to qualify as a Technician member, along with a registration with the Engineering Council. In 2011 he qualified as a Technician member of the ICE.
In 2008, he went on to complete his registration with the Association for Project Safety to qualify as a Registered (Ordinary) Member of the Association in recognition of his training and experience as a CDM Co-ordinator. In 2013 he completed the assessment for the National Occupational Standards for Construction (Design and Management) Coordination Level 4. In 2015, he successfully demonstrated his understanding of the changes to CDM through undertaking the APS CDM 2015 transfer exam, leading to Incorporated Member status. In 2016, he underwent examination, leading to Certified member status.
Warren has acted as a CDM Consultant on a wide variety of projects throughout the critical system, education, government, healthcare, industrial, infrastructure, lifestyle, retail, residential and workplace.
Warren is a very keen traveller and enjoys outdoor holidays around the country, and has an interest in scuba diving.
