Paul is the key contact for Cundall's Manchester office and leads Cundall's workplace sector

Paul is Managing Partner of Cundall's Manchester office and leads Cundall's Workplace Sector. He is a chartered electrical engineer with a particular interest in engineering infrastructure systems and competitive procurement of utility network connections.

Paul specialises in commercial landlord-tenant projects, where capital and running costs impact on service charges, and building services design must consider future occupation options and flexibility. He has also provided strategic facilities maintenance advice to a variety of clients in the private and public sectors.

Paul joined Cundall in 2004 to form the Manchester office, which has grown to provide civil and structural engineering, environmental engineering, and mechanical and electrical engineering disciplines, as well as a number of specialist design groups for a wide range of clients and projects throughout the North West.

He is a keen sports car and Formula 1 fan.
