Jonathan joined Cundall in 2016 as a Senior Associate in London, leading the Public Health team. He is a chartered building services engineer with over 15 years’ experience working in Europe, USA and the Middle East. He has a keen interest in environmentally efficient buildings, particularly in the efficient use of both potable and non-potable water.
Jonathan has been an integral member of the design team on a number of landmark projects including the London Olympics Aquatic Centre (BREEAM Excellent), the (LEED Platinum) Kroon Hall at Yale University, the Skolkovo Technopark in Moscow and the Canary Wharf Crossrail Station and Retail development.
Jonathan’s areas of technical expertise include the design and construction of efficient water systems, minimising the use of valuable potable water wherever possible and incorporating the treatment and reuse of rainwater, grey water and black water where appropriate to reduce the consumption of and dependency on mains potable water within the built environment.
Prior to joining us, Jonathan was an Associate at Arup where he worked for 15 years.
Jonathan’s hobbies include mountain biking, snowboarding, golf and spending time with his family.
