Based in our Newcastle office, Carole is Cundall's HR and Training Partner.

Carole joined Cundall in 2007, and leads the Practice’s HR team.

A law graduate from Oxford University, Carole’s HR career has been spent entirely within the professional services sector. She is passionate about the contribution that a talented, engaged workforce can make to business success, and committed to helping Cundall attract and retain the best talent that the industry has to offer. Carole and her team play a key role in ensuring that Cundall continues to be a great place for its people to learn, grow and develop.

One of Carole’s key activities is to support managers across the international business in attracting, retaining and developing exceptional engineering talent. She has a particular interest in the identification and development of leadership capability, to support the future growth of the business.

In her spare time, Carole likes to keep fit, and will often be found in the gym, on a bike or on a ski-slope. She is also grappling with the game of golf, although her enthusiasm currently outweighs her ability.
