Brendan started his career as an electrician with the Office of Public Works in Dublin. He joined Delap & Waller Consulting engineers in the mid-80s becoming a director in 1996.
Brendan started his own practice in 1999 which became Cundall Ireland in 2016. Over the years, Brendan built-up a considerable wealth of experience in all aspects of building services engineering. He has worked in virtually all sectors of the industry for a wide range of public and private sector clients. In recent years, he has worked on the refurbishment and restoration of a number of historic buildings in Dublin including the Irish Museum of Modern Art and Kilmainham Gaol.
He has also gained considerable experience in the design of new data centres, the upgrade of power and cooling systems and energy improvements in existing facilities. He worked on Digital Realty’s Profile Park Data Centre project in Dublin.
In his spare time, Brendan has a variety of interests and pastimes including walking, cycling, traditional music, Spanish language and culture, genealogy and history.
